Movement Meditation
Guided improvisation, meditative movement, and relaxation. A workshop that uses sound, imagery and memories to find an embodied meditation, inspired by nature.
Designed for adults of all experience levels to deepen their mind-body connection.
Please get in touch if you are interested in setting up a Movement Meditation session for your group.
Our teaching practice
All our artists have experience facilitating inclusive movement sessions to a range of ages and abilities.
Our approach is open, patient, and friendly. We hope to deliver sessions that allow participants to get what they need as individuals, whilst learning from our guidance and suggestions.
We’re keen to make our workshops as beneficial as possible to individual groups’ needs. Please get in touch to discuss further, or to hear more about our experience and skills.
